Your wedding is very important to me and I will work with you
 to ensure that it is all that you want it to be.
Yours will be my only wedding on the day!
 

I offer you complete freedom - The only limit is your imagination
As an Independent Celebrant, I offer you the freedom to plan your  Wedding Ceremony in the setting of your choice. It can be absolutely anywhere you want it to be - in a field, on a mountain, on a beach, in a castle or inside a tent! In fact anywhere anytime and anyplace! Let your imagination run wild and we will harness your thoughts and turn them into reality and create the wedding of your dreams. The only limitation is your imagination and I am happy to explore ideas with you.

I cover  areas within a 50 mile radius of Cirencester and 50 mile radius of Bridport, Dorset.

I give people the time that they need

Your happy wedding day will be as special as you are! I give you the time you need to create your ceremony how you want it to be and  joined by the vows that you both make to take you forward in your new life….together.

 Creating the Wedding of your dreams.
I deliver a bespoke ceremony unique to you that reflects your relationship from the day you met, and aspirations that you have for your future life together. Your ceremony is as individual as you are. There is no set script. The ceremony I write for you will  have many features,  from the vows you make to each other and any rituals or symbols that you may want to include such as a hand fasting or ring warming ceremony. Readings and poems are a great feature and a lovely way to include friends or a special member of the family. 

Please do remember that in order for your marriage to be recognised in Law and for a marriage certificate to be issued, you will need to be married by a UK Registrar either before or after your Wedding ceremony. 

About me

I am Wedding Celebrant and a life coach, and have had a great deal of experience of working with people.  I give people all the time that they need.

Clients say that working with me does not feel rushed and feel  relaxed with me and feel listened to. I am enthusiastic and creative and  have endless ideas!

As a Mother of three and grandmother of four, I enjoy my family time. I love to cook and once had a restaurant, and have written two recipe books for charity. Cooking is still one of my passions and enjoy exploring and creating new recipes. Family and friends never get ‘fed up’ trying the food I present to them. I find that losing myself in cooking and baking rewarding and a source of relaxation.

I deliver a beautiful personalised Wedding Ceremony that reflects the special love between you and your partner anywhere you want from a castle to a field.
I offer same sex Wedding & Commitment Ceremonies. The Ceremonies I write cover the  uniqueness of each relationship and the love between each couple

Dulcie helped us create the ceremony of our dreams, we knew from the moment we got engaged that we wanted to have a wedding that was very personal to us, a ceremony that was unique to us. From the moment we asked Dulcie to be our celebrant she couldn’t have been more enthusiastic of our vision.

We were very keen to write our own vows and have a hand fasting and Dulcie spent a lot of time practicing and perfecting the infinity knot. She researched traditions on our behalf which lead us to incorporate a ring warming into our ceremony. She created a very personal, uplifting address which had our guests laughing and shedding tears. 

When we look back at our wedding day, our ceremony was our favourite part, it was everything we dreamed it would be and more. It was an honour to have Dulcie stand up there with us and pronounce us husband and wife in front of everyone we loved the most!
